The Man named Jimmy was horrible got sent there by a third party to get a scratch fixed went there on a Friday was so rude that day came back the following Wednesday after making an appointment the day prior to get there at 7:30 am even had to make arrangements to have someone meet me there so I could get dropped off at work after cause also don't do drop offs if you use there service, all so he could tell me that they aren't gonna be able to get to it probably cause they're short staff but if I wanted I could leave it and w... read more
Jimmy at crow and roberts is the rudest business man I have ever dealt with in addituon to lying to my face. Dont take your bicycle to them much less your automobile.
RecommendedI've used them several times. Returned my car after about 2 years with some peeling paint on front bumper cover. When work was done they said it was guaranteed. Well they put a new front bumper cover on and new paint. No argument. No complaining. Sometimes things just happen, but it is great to deal with a business that is reputable and does good work.

My wife was in an accident on I-35 in our brand new F-150 Lariot. Crow and Roberts made a bad experience a good one. I took the truck in on Tuesday and as promised, I got it back today (4 days later). I cant tell where it was damaged! These guys took care of my truck as if it was one of their own. I hope we never have to use their service again, but if we get into another collision, this is the ONLY place I will go. Thanks again guys from Crow and Roberts! If you want your car or truck restored to brand new shape, with work done by a perfectionist, this is your place. Excellent work done for us! They even followed up with us a few days after truck was picked up to make sure everything was perfect.
