Darren came to my new residential build to look at HVAC installation. . He walked me through how he planned to do it and told me that I would get a quote in a couple days. I got back to him after not hearing anything for a week. He assured me that he was still working on the quote. I have heard nothing since then for a month. Darren is super prompt and always does great work! He (and his father) have helped us for years with all our HVAC needs in Driggs. After a recent repair he had done, we had another problem pop up. He came to our place immediately and resolved it.

Please be advised that Crow Heating and Cooling has become quite busy and can’t provide service to those of us that have used them for many years. They did not provide any information as to when they might be able to provide service to their established customers. They also did not provide a recommendation for another company. The person I spoke to didn’t seem the least bit concerned about my plight. I’m very grateful for their promptness and quality work in the past, and am sorry they are moving off my list of resources in ... read more
