We had Thomas Steelman of Crow create a Tennessee Community Property Trust for us. Lots of moving parts and working with another state's Department of State to create an LLC, which is a feat in itself. He also worked interstate with another lawyer and with our Financial Planner to make all of this happen. He was always helpful and responsive to questions. Great explanations all along the way. Ms. Deborah Moore and her staff were excellent to work with! They helped answer all of my mother's questions without pressuring her or too much jargon. They really listened to what she had in mind and helped us tailor the experience and documentation to fit her needs. Assisted my mother with her estate planning. There are a good number of children and grandchildren to factor in. Deborah was fabulous to work with. She was great with making my mother feel relaxed through the estate planning process and explaining everything in great detail. Crow staff and Deborah in particular were great about making sure everyone was on the same page and were particularly accommodating on arranging appointments at an office that was convenient for my mother. Highly recommend them for estate planning!
