This was our first trip to the resort. We are establishing a annual summer vacation and we have found our go to place. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. The setting was awesome near the lake with a beach very close. The proximity to Park Rapids made a trip for forgotten or lost items very east to replace. Fishing from the docks was fun for the kids. We booked this cabin to attend our son's out-of-town lakefront wedding. Mark was very accommodating and gave us a great deal on the cabin. It was clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. Mark and his staff were attentive and promptly responded to every question or request. We experienced a personal emergency after the wedding, and Mark could not have been kinder or more thoughtful in his response. Traditional cabins, clean. What you would expect for a little up north ma and pa type resort. located super close to the waters edge and swimming beach, great for letting the kids run wild and keep an eye on them right from the cabin. Which i appreciated way more than I thought but with 4 kids running in and out all day - it was just so nice as a mom to be able to relax a little myself :) Friendly and accommodating owners and staff. We have stayed up and down the string of crow wing lakes and this is one of our favorite places. We stayed in the house above the office/store. It was very comfortable, clean, well stocked and fit our family of 5 very well. We rented the pontoon boat and it was in good shape and ran well. We caught lots of fish. They have a bait building with worms, leaches, minnows and ice all priced very reasonably. The owner Mark was attentive to our needs and checked in very often to see if we needed anything. Our family stayed Crow Crest for a week in 2025 and it was a great time. The place was clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the hosts were easy to deal with. My nephews (8 & 10) were obsessed with the water bikes. We even did a day trip to Itasca State Park but they couldn't wait to get back to the cabin. Can't say enough good things about it. We're already going back twice in 2026 and plan to keep coming back.
