Very thorough and personable. This practice is very busy and not really able to deal with issues over the phone, which is understandable, but frustrating at times. Make an appointment, and you won’t be disappointed.

My parents see Dr. Buchen. They have both expressed concerns about their health to her, often not feeling heard and referrals not being sent. Most recently, my dad told her he has not been feeling well, that something is not right. He has been losing weight, feeling exhausted and easily winded. She said he was fine at his last physical, but he had a stroke the next week and was diagnosed at the hospital with chronic Afib and congestive heart failure! They would not reassign me to a better doctor. Dr. Perry was awful.
