I like my Dr there. Thats it terrible office . You can’t call anymore and just make an appointment or talk to someone everything is go to your portal. Well not everyone can do a portal! They should do like other Drs office do and answer the damn phone 😡
Dr Keib and her nurse, Amy, are the absolute best. She has been my doctor since I turned 18 and she sees my mom, as well. I couldn't ask for better care. She truly listens to you and Amy goes out of her way to help get you what you need. Dr. Keib has been instrumental in getting me the care I need for chronic issues that I know I wouldn't have if it wasn't for her!!
I have been a patient at this practice for 17 years. Since I turned 18 I joined what was then CNY Internists. My mother has been a patient here for about the same amount of time. We will both be leaving by the end of the year. Today there is no one left who is competent or cares. My mother had a mild lung infection that turned into pneumonia last winter. Since then we are now coming up on 7 months she has been sick. She cried in her doctors office the last visit because she has spent 6 months with a lung infection. Imagine h... read more
Dr. Walton is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. She takes her time to review my symptoms and offers clear and concise advice. Her nurse, Stephanie, is the sweetest person and always makes me feel comfortable. She responds to messages on the Medent patient portal the same day!! Mark in the lab is always upbeat and friendly. Very happy with my care team and cannot thank them enough.
I am truly , truly disappointed and very angry at what just transpired. My husband spent alot of time and effort arranging for my Mother in law to come live with us, getting her records, phone calls to this office, and the office telling us that Dr Azar specializes in geriatric medicine only to be told ( condescendingly) I might add that he doesn't believe any 80 yr old should be on any medications and that he is not interested in taking her on as a pt and she needs a psychiatrist.
