Be prepared to wait 40–60 minutes when you call. If you request a call back from a nurse, it usually takes more than three calls before they finally return your call. The communication and response time are very frustrating. I would not recommend this place.
The staff exceptional
I have been a patient of this office for years. I just received a message that my provider will be moving to the Liverpool office. It’s too far of a drive for me to follow her. I was just told that no other Drs at this location are taking new patients. I’m not a “new patient.” I chose this office because of its location and now I’m being told that I can no longer go here. Dr. Erlebacher is the best doctor you could have.
I like my Dr there. Thats it terrible office . You can’t call anymore and just make an appointment or talk to someone everything is go to your portal. Well not everyone can do a portal! They should do like other Drs office do and answer the damn phone 😡
