Have had only kind and considerate care at this medical facility! Very grateful for all the support from this location.
They would not reassign me to a better doctor. Dr. Perry was awful.
I’ve been seeing Dr Keib for years. I even followed her to this office in Manlius which added at least 25+ more minutes to my commute. The office staff is always very friendly, and even though my favorite nurse Betsy retired her replacements have all been very nice and competent. Love having the lab in house so I can get everything done in one stop. I get my tests results and referrals in a timely manor. Never had any complaints.
Accompanied my father for a few visits while in town. General disorganization. With my background in medical facility administration, Id say there is a complete lack of competency within your leadership here.
