Dr Noonan is wonderful listens and cares. Staff never the same always changing. Don't know if Heather still works there but anger management is in order.
Kind and competent
My 95 yr old mother has been in pain for quite some time. She went to Wellnow and was given an antibiotic, which she took in full, but didn't relieve her pain. We visited Crouse Medical Practice on June 2nd and was sent for blood work and xray that same day. We were told the results should be in the next day. The doctor called back on June 5th with results and recommendation and said if she isn't any better, to call back the next week and a CT would be the next plan of attack. Dr always!!!!! Running behind. Have multiple routine appointments where my wait was 1 hr in the waiting room. This shows a great lack of respect & is extremely unprofessional!!!!!!
Very rude receptionist. Asked if they were taking new patients at this time and she simply replied “no.” Intro was a quick “Can I help you?” No pleasantries whatsoever. Maybe try working on your interpersonal skills.
