Very rude receptionist. Asked if they were taking new patients at this time and she simply replied “no.” Intro was a quick “Can I help you?” No pleasantries whatsoever. Maybe try working on your interpersonal skills.
I’ve only ever had pleasant interactions with the staff here at Crouse Camillus! I am very grateful to be a patient at a clinic where my primary care physician makes sure I feel heard.

I had a brain ct on last Monday the nurse called and said no bleeding. I had it done at upstate and on my chart it showed two different things that need attention. I asked the nurse. It is Friday and still have not heard anything. I am going to find another caregiver. Maybe because I am old they think I do not need medical attention
Amy Russell and the nurses here had me spend hours on the phone describing symptoms only to tell me to go to urgent care instead because I was a week before my intake appointment. This place feels more like a bunch of businesspeople than doctors, concerned more about money than care. Went to an urgent care and found a different primary care— their concern about me not showing up to my intake appointment after being seen became a self-fulfilling prophecy.
