When I finally got a call back, of course I was asked 20 questions as if she didn’t wanna give me an appointment to see my doctor. If my doctor wasn’t there I would not go love my doctor. I continue to keep her, but I don’t know. She suggested I try everything but didn’t give me an appointment to see another physician. I suggest you try this. This office is horrible! Doctor rescheduled on me multiple times by letter in the mail then when I don’t confirm the appointment they they randomly assign me after they cancelled me. But it’s my fault because I haven’t been there enough 🙄

Everyone we have encountered at the Camillus office is very kind and understanding. Dr. Amin is caring and always takes the time to listen, often going above and beyond. Service is speedy, but not to speedy. You can also get your blood drawn right there at the office. We highly recommend Dr. Amin and his staff.

The worst medical practice I have ever dealt with. The process of trying to get an appointment when you're sick is RIDICULOUS. Took 3 days of calling, speaking to a nurse, who then sent the message to the doctor, who then deemed my son was worthy of being seen, who then said someone will call you to schedule an appointment. No one called, I called the office, and by then, no appointments were available. Oh, and they won't see you in the Camillus office if you're sick. Absolutely useless. Excellent care. Receptionists guided us to the right area . Doctors are thorough.
