UPDATE: We were contacted immediately on this issue. We appreciated the quick response in addressing the issue. It was handled superbly! Great customer service, therefore I'm giving a 5 star review. We felt heard & will continue with Dr. Crause. We liked Dr. Crouse but, we had a very humiliating experience with the woman that checked us in. She asked for a 50.00 copay & I responded, oh I thought it was 25.00, I don't have 50.00. She then got condescending & loud, stating that we missed an appt on May 7th & owed another 50.0... read more
