My 30+Year old daughter suffers from rheumatoid Arthritis. She called me before her appointment as she was suffering anxiety over the visit and how painful the appointment was going to be. She called me after her appointment and sounded very relaxed. She said he was VERY gentle and recognized her anxiety over the procedure. He talked her through the whole thing and kept her calm.
