From the front desk to checking out 5 stars! Little wait, NP listened, asked questions, phlebotomist was great. I’m in the medical profession so I’m pretty picky. Everyone blew me away. Yes, go to Crouch family medicine!
They are the best,from the receptionist to the nurses,to Dr. Crouch,who is very caring and kind. They all take such good care of me.
I didn't even get to go they wouldn't see me. They didn't take my insurance. I told them I would private pay and still wouldn't see me. Haven't went to the doctor in over 20 years can't get one when you need one. Wouldn't take my dog there.
I do not leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the front office staff at this doctor’s office. The way a particular staff member handled patients was disappointing and unacceptable. When I called to make an appointment, the young girl answered the phone with “Hello” after 7 rings.
