They are communicative, kind, and efficient. Despite my repeated delays and picky needs around delivery, they were nothing but patient and flexible. Their postings are clear, and the service is top-notch, from initial purchase through delivery. I will be going to them first for all future estate sale endeavors as long as I'm in NWA, and am telling everyone here I know the same. What a blessing Andrea and her team were to our family. Our mother needed to move to assisted living and her house was chock full of everything under the sun. It seemed overwhelming to ever get it cleared out. But I called Crouch Estate Sales and it was a very easy process. After I met with Andrea they organized everything then had the sale. My wife "dragged" me to an estate sale a few months back. Okay, okay, I love random stuff, so these things are right up my alley. There was a furniture piece she wanted, and we ended up getting it. The team was super helpful in tagging and holding it, since it was large, and then arranged to help with transport.
