This company has been in our community for many years and always goes above and beyond for their customers. I’ve had body work done on multiple vehicles by them and they’ve always done exemplary work. Just today my tire was low on air and I was able to pull in and ask them for help filling the tire, and was helped with no hesitation. Do not go here. They attempted to charge storage fees while they were waiting on payment from insurance. Would not give my car back until I paid $450. State of RI got involved and demanded they give the car back asap as this was not legal. The owner was very nasty and tried to take advantage of me.
Do NOT deal with this body shop! We found out after the fact that work was not done that was on the insurance estimate! Jessica was so rude and unprofessional! When we brought the car back the first time, the paint chips and color were not repaired. No remorse and had to call police to be there when picking up the car. still, the rear panel never was replaced or reimbursed. Jessica is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. ZERO stars for over 3k of work.
I would like to thank Crotty & Son, for the outstanding work they did on my car. Thank you for also cleaning the inside of my car, it smells and looks like a new car.
