I just had my oil changed and tires rotated as part of the purchase agreement. Everything was wonderful from making the appointment to the service department. I even was shown a Pacifica at my request while waiting. Thank you for another good experience

I had both my cars serviced this week. My very expensive Audi at Audi Hawthorne and my Wrangler at Croton Auto Park. The experience couldn’t have been more different. Audi was awful and Croton Auto was incredible. Nancy does all their scheduling and she always answers the phone right away, very friendly and helpful. Arrived for my appt and Mike gave a warm welcome, asked a few questions, grabbed my key and sent me on my way within 2-3 min.
