I had both my cars serviced this week. My very expensive Audi at Audi Hawthorne and my Wrangler at Croton Auto Park. The experience couldn’t have been more different. Audi was awful and Croton Auto was incredible. Nancy does all their scheduling and she always answers the phone right away, very friendly and helpful. Arrived for my appt and Mike gave a warm welcome, asked a few questions, grabbed my key and sent me on my way within 2-3 min. I was extremely happy with the entire experience. The team was fast, transparent, and consistently clear in their communication. Even though I was buying a used truck, I genuinely felt treated with the same care and attention as someone purchasing the most expensive vehicle on the lot.
