Wayne came to install our boiler He was a super young chap and worked tirelessly from eight till six The next day there was a problem with the radiators not heating up We called the centre and they came out straight away Now all warm again Can’t praise them enough They were professional and polite Just what you need when faced with an emergency Great service

Slightly more expensive than I wanted, but all the work was completed satisfactorily. I would like the office to tell me in a timely fashion when the boiler man is held up because his current job is over-running and my appointment needs to be rescheduled to another day rather than putting the onus on me to ring up and find out why he can't come as scheduled. He did come on the rescheduled appointment four days later, but he arrived about four hours ahead of the expected time.
