Crossworld Awning made and installed a metal awning for me just over two years ago. Two days ago we had an unusually windy day. The awning from Crossworld was destroyed. Crossworld is not willing to warranty their product. The awning I had on the house prior had survived for the 15 years since I have owned the house until a tow truck hit it. Excellent product and customer service! Installers, Tom, John, and Ed are very skilled; practice safety, efficiency, and work great together as a team. In spite of two big downpours (they sheltered in their trucks until it passed), completion start to finish was still within the two hours quoted! I would unequivocally recommend Crossworld. I would use Crossworld again.
Great price, quick install and looks awesome installed! Would recommend to all.
