Park is getting better but still not the best, purchased a modular home from park, needed many repairs and left a list of problems to be fixed, I’ve been away 18 months in Canada due to COVID and nothing fixed, nails coming through floor , smoke alarms won’t work, doors won’t shut , no light bulbs in ceiling light , absolutely disgusted, big mistake buying a brand new unit from these people, old story, once you buy it you don’t exist
