As someone who has engaged Crosswinds for my family and for my organization, I have great confidence in Crosswinds' ability to meet individuals where they are and take them to where they need/want to go. Their therapists are competent, caring & dedicated. I continue to appreciate Crosswinds' commitment to excellent care, in a safe environment, affording growth and recovery.
Where I work uses Crosswinds to provide EAP services to our staff. Other than a few wording differences to begin with, the process has been relatively smooth and we have enjoyed providing this benefit to our staff. Shawn Shepherd was wonderful to work with when we first began the process.
Save yourself a lot of money and just play board games at home with your children. One of our children saw a counselor here for over 3 months and the only progress that was made was her interest in playing Uno. Also, make sure to tell your kids they are not allowed to get sick 24 hours before a session. You will still be billed the full price. Very disappointed in this office and we are actively looking for better services in town.
We have a Crosswinds Therapist at our school, who is making great connections with students and families. She works diligently providing caring and compassionate counseling services.
4.5 stars for the counselor. 1 star for the business itself. When I first started I signed paperwork and was under the impression I could use my insurance. 5 months into receiving services they said they never received my paperwork and that I was not allowed to use insurance.
