Cold transfers are ridiculous. Will call to get scheduled and get transferred to a voicemail. Took me almost two weeks just to reach a person that could actually help me get scheduled for therapy. Ive almost ran out of my meds trying to just get scheduled to see a therapist. Absolutely insane, and they are lucky I wasnt worse off than I was. I went there for services and the staff was really nice and helpful.. I was very happy and would recommend to others in need of services
I've had a share of experiences that I just didn't care for! I have heard others speak of similar experiences as well. Crisis team struggles to get their work done! God Bless crosswinds.
I've been in Crosseinds since kindergarten for many reasons, and no matter if they have to switch me therapist they always make me feel like they care
