I wish I could give 0 stars. My (intern) therapist no called no showed my third session. Then her supervisor took some things I said out of context, sent me an unprofessional email giving details about my therapist's personal life, then invaded a therapy session to say I wouldn't be having it, and I was getting a new intern. This was on a day where I had just had civil court, before a meeting in their office to take vitals for medication, where my BP was 205 over 110 - extremely high. Wonderful, helpful, caring people.
My family first started seeing therapists in Burlington and my husband has a TBI. While with Crosswinds in Burlington his case manager was sometimes late or had to go to the office for an office employee meeting during his time. I once called in same day for my therapy appointment due to having a migraine. Then the next time I informed the office we’ll in advance of an appointment that a rental came open in Emporia but that we had to move in later that week and I would need to schedule in Emporia for May once we got moved in... read more
The lack of communication and professionalism is real this place has wonderful doctors but very ignorant unprofessional staff
