My therapist fell asleep twice during a virtual appointment. I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor for three weeks and have still not received a call back. I would never recommend this business.
My recent experience at crosswinds was not good. Laura was the counselor. We went to 2 sessions and I must say that the questions being asked were almost trying to convince my wife to choose divorce. To be a faith based place, there were no faith based solutions. Also, the counselor we had just started counseling again after years of not doing it.
