Getting a gp appointment seems an impossible task. The ‘phone in for an appointment leaves you waiting for anything from 20 minutes to 50 minutes only to be told there are no appointments for that day.

Absolutely pathetic practice, very unhelpful, can't get an appointment to see a doctor. Lost notes, had to put a complaint in a,while ago, nothing done about it, they don't seem to care about their patients. Moved practices now, best thing I've done.if I could give no stars, I would.

It is difficult to separate cause and effect here. Without any shadow of doubt, all colleagues are committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for callers, be that telephone or in person. They are horribly overstretched by demand far greater than they are able to meet. Telephony has been improved considerably but it is still far from ideal.
