Terrible, awful care. DO NOT use them if you need complex care, nurses there are incompetent. My son had a central line that should have had the needle and dressing changed weekly. They were doing dressing changes only, sending nurses that didn’t know how to do this STERILE technique and never changed the needle causing a severe infection. Their excuse was they didn’t have an order!!!!’ Really and a competent faculty of nurse would have called his doctor and got the order!!!! My son could have dies from that!
I highly recommend this healthcare service provider. As a former social worker it is easy for me to recognize excellence or subpar effort. My family member has the pleasure of getting help from Nurse Jane Klosiewicz and Beatrice Maina as well as other team members. Their level of care and professionalism is impressive and beyond compare. Efficiency, punctuality, and love are hallmarks of their service. Thank you Crossway for being there for our family everyday.
