I recently had my 2007.5 Massey Ferguson 5445 Tractor go down on me. I Have been working with Snyder's For Years as my dealer as we have 2 Massey Ferguson Tractors on our Farm. I always buy all my parts through them to keep the maintenance up on both our Massey Tractors. I sent my tractor to the Crossville Location to be repaired. After doing a search for a reputable tractor dealer that could possibly help me with a major PST valve leak, I decided to give Snyder’s in Crossville a call, knowing they were not a dealer for my make of tractor. Phone etiquette with the dealer rep was professional. I was transferred to Heath. Heath listened to the issue and stated he felt they could do the repair, even though it was not a make of tractor they sell.
