Recently purchased a used Skid Steer and other equipment from their Crossville location. Dealt with Heath and he was great. Even drove from Crossville to Ten Mile on Friday so I would have the skid steer for the weekend instead of me having to wait until the following week. I even went back the following weekend and purchased another two pieces of equipment. Would definitely go there again and work with Heath.
Very satisfied with the service on my Massey Ferguson 431. The mechanic told me he was short staffed and it may take several weeks to get to my problem, but he asked enough questions to make me comfortable in scheduling. Turns out his phone diagnosis was correct and he didn't have to break my tractor in half. Nice to find a service provider that does what they say, when they say they will. I turned in my Penske rental truck here. Truck ran great, easy to drive, comfortable ride, from California to Tennessee. Kirk was very professional & polite. I dealt with him on two occasions, one to return the car carrier and again to return the 22 foot moving truck. I couldn't ask for any better service. It was a pleasure meeting Kirk, Thank you Kirk!!
