Despite several attempts to work with the office manager Donna to correct a billing issue, I received no help. I was only ever able to speak with her if she happened to be in the office when I called. Voicemails were never returned, and even when I had her on the phone and she said she would call me back, she never did. Saw Brittany Slayton for a eye problem which I needed immediate are for and was not able to see the Ophthalmologist. The doctor came in the room , sat down in front of the computer looked at me and said you have pink eye. I proceeded to say no it’s not pink eye several times. She did not even get up to look closer or feel my face for the swollen glands that I had. I left the office with RX for eye drops which I knew were useless.
