Was put on hold twice for 10 minutes each time and I hung up. Being put on hold merely to leave a message for my GP’ or nurse is unacceptable and dangerous. In addition, I needed an immediate INR taken, and was told the clinic was not operating that day( a Monday). When I told the clerk I needed this done, and that they are the folk who monitor INR, she took exception to my advocacy and said she would not “service me”. Find another practice.
