Graber Roofing out of Indiana said on viedo Kim Reed called them personally to hire them to roof the fire damage. They don't even have Tennessee tags for thier work trucks and been here three years . If they don't invest in Tennessee why would we invest in them .they may be gone and not available to honor the warranty of the work we as tax payers fund Roofing for the housing authority

Decent homes I will say and I wish they would add debit card payments instead of cash all the time I think it'd be a bit easier, it would be nicer if these places included carpet but it's fine, and most places only have heating while very few places and housing have heating and cooling the places that only have heating I have to put in window AC units housing is a bit better but could use some improvement maintenance could be better because I still have a door that needs fixed cold air seeps in all the time but besides that ... read more

My mom and I were and still live in these... I have one or three complaints one the property manager starts these recertifications to early and the second there's no assigned parking for the tenants personally I don't know why they did away with it and I think it's stupid anyway we first moved in it was simple I think should reinstate the assigned parking for those who rent these places and we need parking for visitors the maintenance is really slow too called again to make sure they didn't forget... and we have a front door... read more

I would give them no stars at all if I could. I was referred to Cindy at Crossville Housing Authority by the Homeless Referral Line that I called. She seemed nice after speaking with her on the phone a few times. When I had to go to Crossville Housing Authority and spoke with her briefly she told me it was my second chance at housing like I had done something wrong. If I wanted to be talked down to, be put down, and gaslight, then I wouldn't have had to move in the first place. So I called the Homeless Referral Line to tell ... read more
