Service and parts dept here are a joke Wyatt doesnt return phone calls,parts dept is great at asking what you want and not actually ordering what you want. Waiting on a track tightner since november. Had my 612 Barko forwarder, that I bought from Cross Trax, for months didnt address any of the problems until I called to tell them i'm sending a lowboy to pick it up.
