Where do I start...after a $500,000 investment into a custom home at the Country Club of the North we have been dealing with one issue after another with little to no customer service. Just this week we where told by their lead foreman that our requesting to get a constantly broken irrigation system to actually work was a frustration to them. Talk about a lack of empathy. Wife and I bought a new built home at Country Club of the North..closed on 11/21/18. Still waiting for a broken garage door glass panel to be repaired (been broken since May 2018) and broken shingles to be fixed...slow response time and poor communication all around. Patio constantly under water due to poor drainage and yard grading. Been in home 2.5 months...electrical problems need to be addressed--breakers trip at least once per week.
