I brought my vehicle to Crosstown because my panoramic moonroof was stuck open during an emergency situation and needed to be closed immediately. I dropped the car off at 12:00 PM on 4/15 and was quoted 1–2 hours of labor totaling around $500. I specifically asked if there was any way to manually close it, and Shane told me no—that on this type of roof it could break the glass, and the only option was to remove the roof completely and reinstall it.
