I’m just saying, Jonathan and Caullen play the best music in class. It really makes the workouts more motivating.
So great! The instructor was very knowledgeable, the workout was plan efficiently and effectively; no-over crowding (like Orange Theory) and is genuinely a gym for those who have some experience working out and are serious about individual progress. Clean, friendly staff, easy to try out free first class. Really enjoyed!
The best experience i ever had at a gym. Today was my first day. The love I felt here was amazing. The staff greeted me was the best. I had been to a gym in awhile, my body was sore before I went to bed. I had found this gym on Groupon. I I'll be joining after my 2 weeks is up. Thank you Alyssa for the work-out ☺️
Crosstown is my favorite gym I've ever tried / belonged to! I love that it's circuit training with a more intense strength focus. Plus the PT session included with the membership is huge. If CTF ever opens up a location in Minneapolis I'll be the first to join!
I absolutely love CrossTown Fitness! The energy here is unmatched — every workout challenges me in the best way, and the trainers are so motivating and knowledgeable. I always leave feeling stronger, both mentally and physically. The community vibe is also amazing — supportive, fun, and welcoming. CTF has truly become one of my favorite parts of the day!
