False advertisement. Sold us a cell phone booster and claimed it was the higher up model and it wasn’t. Showed her it was missing parts which wasn’t in the item description. She sells on fb marketplace but has you come to a business to purchase it. Which then makes it liable for this. BBB is involved as well as the states attorney office.
Very rude and misleading.
Knowingly sold an item claiming it was complete and ready to go. Received item missing a part so it’s not functional as claimed to be. Messaged her and she claims we should order the part or return the item. We’re several hours away from there. Refused to order the part and mail it to us. She sells on Facebook marketplace under a different name as well and then deletes the item sale so you can’t report and review her sale experience. Will be contacting the BBB
