This dental clinic used to be good about three years ago, when Dr. Annie was still there along with some professional hygienists. Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely different. I go for dental cleanings every six months, I floss daily, and I dont have any cavities at the moment. So I find it very difficult to understand why this cleaning needed to take nearly an entire hour, especially when it consisted almost entirely of using an electric scaler and a manual scraper. An incredible experience! All the staff is so friendly. My husband and son love Dr. Chang. Forever a loyal client!
The front desk people are great. But the dentist laughed at me (very inappropriate), talked with the technician in the room but not me, and never even looked at my teeth (though I was billed for an exam). I admit I gave a positive review at first; I was offered a free electric toothbrush in exchange for a review - and well, I couldn’t resist. This is an edited review. I’ve moved to another dentist.
I love Dr.Chang and all of the dental hygenists / receptionists here at cross town everyone is really kind and helpful with my anxiety around dental work
