Nice units, nothing special in comparison to other condos. Same features, appliances, layouts. But nice. The elevator has broken down twice in one of the parking levels over the last 2 weeks and it took a week to get it repaired the first time. Then it worked for two days before being useless again today. Hopefully not a sign of things to come.
Bright future for this area. It has a newly built transit beside it, and there are luxury condos and homes being built over the coming years. It's also surrounded by parks.
