Dear Reviewer of 7 years ago. This is the first time I have actually checked for any reviews of my company, Crosstown Commerical Properties. First of all I am sorry you had a bad experience with the broker whom you worked with. That broker, Alan Rosinsky, has his own company,Metro Manhattan Office Space. In no way, shape or form is his company part of Crosstown Commercial Properties. I used Elliot to help me find a commercial space for my business and I couldn't say enough good things about him. He was always prepared ahead of time, had many potential spaces to show me, listened and followed through on my ideas and concerns and was generally just a great guy. I can't recommend him highly enough. He helped me find a really good office and since that time I have called him for advice on other matters. He's always been a great help.
