The machine broke me inside and they did a refund but they left my carpet wet because I had to lower my windshield to see what they were talking about and they did not bother to offer me to put it into the carpet cleaner machine first time going and last time coming back to them never going back to that car wash
Compared to other car washes in York Region, the basic wash was done well, especially in the drying stage, where the adjustment of the air pressure devices removed all water spots.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this crosstown car wash. During my visit, the car wash machine cracked my windshield. After reviewing the footage, even though the damage was clearly visible on their own video, the owner (the father) refused to take any responsibility. He was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to resolve the issue,his son was polite and seemed genuinely understanding, but unfortunately, that didn’t change the outcome.
