2 1/2 It's like everytime I show up here it's something else. I notice now my car is still dirty after washing it and the soap is not washed off properly. You use to be able to go back in and wash it off but you can't do that anymore, it's 1 time per day. If I want half washed car with a touch of dirt and soap, might as well go to 1 of those gas stations
They constantly close and don't keep to schedules. Poor service… I'm editing this review after 11 months because I arrived and it was still closed without any announcement at 7:20 am
First time customer and went to Jane/Wilson location for Express detail interior service on my wife's SUV today. Jeff, Jonathan and Adam did a gr8 job and were very friendly explaining all their services and answering my Qs. I highly recommend Crosstown and will be taking my car in for cleaning. Extremely terrible service. Paid for an interior cleaning. Didn’t notice any difference in my car, only car mat was rinsed. Didn’t get my moneys worth at all. Interior worker cleaners seem lazy. Even the smallest stain in the car couldn’t be carefully cleaned. I feel absolutely cheated and disappointed. Very poor service. Zero star. Gosh I am so pissed with this service.
