We were bumped in a parking lot breaking a piece of trim on our grill. They quoted us over 1900 to fix (which we declined) saud they'd replace the grill for $300, but declare it unsafe (salvage (which will reduce the value of the car by 25% car)) unless we pay the full estimate. The manager just did a visual estimate and nothing further. I'll have to give the Manager a link to dictionary.com because he can't understand what EXTORTION is. AMVIC IS USELESS because they state, "A body shop is free to charge whatever they want".... read more
This shop stole iteams out of my vehicle during an insurance repair. They also left this terrible smell in the cabin. I would think about other auto body shops before resorting to this team.
