Most unprofessional customer service experience I have endured. I talked to one of their employees about picking up a vehicle of mine. When I was talking to her she was very unprofessional (likely unintelligent also) and it was one of the worst customer experiences over the phone I have had with any company, or in general for that matter. This place came and towed a car for my roommate. The driver ripped up part of my driveway and left large gouges down the rest of it. I tried to contact them. I was told I would receive a phone call. It has now been a month since this has happened and they are ignoring me. I sure wish someone would have helped me out.
very good people best pricing but new tow driver has to go cost me 2 hours of work and angry customers because of a complete lack of knowledge on being able to tow a vehicle
After spending a day going from lot toy daughter suggested Crosstown auto as she had seen a vehicle on their website in our price range well we stopped in just as they were closing. I went back the next day gave the car a test drive was very pleased The exhaust sounded a little loud so I had mentioned this to Joe the salesman he said although it was sold "as is" no warranty that they would work with those who purchased a car from them on any issues well I made arrangements to have their staff look at the exhaust system it wa... read more
