I love this place!!!!!
Feeling frustrated with the lack of personal care from a traditional medical office, I found Melanie at Crossroads Women’s when searching for alternative options. After my first appointment with her, I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. Melanie took time to listen to my concerns and worked to find a root cause of the many symptoms I was experiencing. What a wildly different approach to medical care! Having a direct line that I can call or text about concerns or questions, along with appointments where my concerns are taken seriously and I don’t feel rushed makes me feel like I’m taking charge of my health. A healthcare professional who runs all the labs to get to the root of some issues instead of brushing off my concerns is a great feeling. I now, for the first time ever, feel like I have a partner on my journey!
After many years of being fairly satisfied with my primary physician there came a time where I wanted more personalized care, and that is exactly what I received from Melanie King, Dr. Heather Doty and their team. It is a paradigm shift to have medical care that is ranks better than fairly satisfied. I for one am thankful for the care I have received and glad to offer a 5-Star review.
I so appreciate the flexibility that CWH provides. There is nothing like having access to your provider whenever you need, and having the option on of in-home care is so wonderful. We don’t have insurance, so knowing that I can have affordable care is reassuring.
