They gave us a clean area to work with. The owner is super friendly, they have freshly painted the walls and over all it was good place to work with. The deposit was decent amount compared to other places. The area we rented has small room with light and mirror to get ready and change with 2 bathrooms.

This place was dirty also dusty paint chips all on floor against the wall by kitchen trash 3 bags from last party floor dusty as well he never gave back deposit because he makes up stuff just to keep it bathrooms was nasty had to clean before party trash from other people's parties out side we had to pick up also clean up glass broken on side walk they wouldn't even clean before party

Have had a horrible experience with him. I made reservations last year 2021, paid the $400 deposit after that he couldn't be reached at all because I wanted to change the date of my event. I called, left voice mail no respond so I endedup booking another place.I had to ask other people to pretend like they wanted you book with him. Finally got hold of him today and can't give my money. They are a scanner to will scan you and get horrible money. I don't trust them

I like the place I didn’t have no problem until it was time to return my deposit and you got to sit and chase around for your deposit and keep calling and coming up here for your money but other then that I like it
