Dr Kender from Crossroads came to our home to put our family dog to sleep. She were able to come out the following day, which was very much appreciated. She was so very kind, compassionate, and explained everything. She was so gentle with our dog, and was so kind and caring. She really helped ease a very difficult time for our family and our beloved dog. Thank you for the service you provided and your exceptional treatment of our family.
At 13.5 years old, My Harley gave me one of the scariest moments I've ever experienced. He suddenly couldn’t stand, was completely disoriented, walking like he didn’t know which way was up, and getting sick from the nausea. I truly thought he had a stroke… I thought this was it. Crossroads just provided in-home euthanasia for our sweet pup. The vet was very kind and considerate and good at her job. I can't even imagine how difficult it must be. Scheduling was very easy. I got callbacks very quickly and they were able to fit us in quickly for which we are also very grateful. There is nothing negative to say and I don’t have the words to be as positive as I should be.
These people fully understand what it means when your pet is more than just an animal. Dr Ellen made the process of us letting our stevie go less painful. It's not easy making that decision. She helped with easing the doubt.
Dr. Ellen was so kind and gentle with us and our dog Sofia for at home euthanasia. Took us slowly through each step at our own pace. I thank her and this company so much for the nicest final experience we could have with our baby
