Dr. Shaw is amazing!! She is very caring, takes time with each of her clients!! You do not feel rushed or transactional at all. If your are new to the area and are looking for a new vet or looking to find a vet that will take time and remember you!! Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is the place to go!!
We needed our (future) show horse gelded and have always liked Crossroads Veterinary. When I called, Lynette was super helpful, called me back, followed up—all the things we appreciate. I did not know it was under new ownership, but I have to tell you, we love Dr. Shaw!!! We don’t trust our yearlings to just anyone and so it’s nice to know Crossroads is still a five star large animal vet. Highly recommended!
Dr Shaw is great! Took excellent care of my horse and takes the time to answer all my questions and explain things throughly. Great staff too!
Dr Shaw and staff are very good equine professionals. Kind, explained everything I needed and wanted to know, reasonable charges, wer great at surgery- melonoma removal, ER colic episode. So glad they are only an hr away.
all the vets in my area too busy, and i called crossroads and they got me in right away the same day. was very happy with how dr. karen worked with my dog. prices aren't super high. will be following up and working with them in the future.
