High Quality Care Three doctors and friendly staff do a very nice job on providing high quality care to their patients. They do their own emergency work after hours which is a welcome amminity in times of crisis. Well stocked with prescription diets and toys. These people need to be out of business. After 2 visits and $1200.00 our dog was worse. Common sense says bladder and kidney issues needs to be drained. All they seemed to want was the money. We want a refund!
Crossroads has been our vet for years. Last week we called with an emergency. Our Mastiff was having trouble breathing and walking. They told us they couldn’t see her even though we live 5 minutes away and told us we would have to take her 45 minutes away to Kalamazoo. She died as we pulled in to the parking lot. I wouldn’t take a goldfish to Crossroads.
RecommendedJust took both my dogs in today. They did great with my dogs and didn’t do anything without my permission. They are nice to the animals. I love this clinic over all I have been to in my life.
