I walked into Crossroads yesterday to look at dishwashers for a rental house. Julie greeted me, and was so nice and helpful, and not pushy at all. She helped me find exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. She told me I would be contacted that same day by the installation technician to set up an appointment. Sure enough, the technician called me yesterday afternoon and said he could install it later that afternoon. I was so glade to have walked in to cross roads I found all the appliances that was needed for my home and the prices was right then the helped me finance them all they where very help full to me thank you crosses roads so much

I recently bought two new appliances from crossroads and was so thrilled at the personal service I received. Julie was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Delivery was amazing, either that day or the next day. I would not go anywhere else for my appliances.

The staff at crossroads is amazing, the receptionist always answers the phone even if she's busy. They manage their time to the best of their ability. I recently was in need of moving some heavy appliances. I phoned crossroads appliances to seek help in doing such. The price was fair, the employees were knowledgeable. They came and moved my washer , dryer, and deep freezer. Also brought me a new dryer vent coil per my request, as my previous one was damaged.
