$400 charge for jacking up my trailer and taking tire off?!?!?! Then promises of getting it fixed ASAP only to be told 10 days later they are making a phone call??? No thanks! Over charged for “””1.5 mile from your shop””” when we broke down. We drive trailer there! All you did was jacked up my trailer and took tire off ((after cussing out my husband!)) How can you justify that charge? (Originally $450!!)

So long story short, I was driving home from harvy to little lake/gwinn. And I hit some ice and spun to the side making my front end of my car completely in the snow bank of the opposite side of the highway on 480. It was about 11:35pm. Thank for, for the workers who work there. They came within 15 minutes and gave me a push out of the bank. And made sure I was able to get on my way. Mind you, it was snowing so hard. RecommendedIn early October, 2019, our large motorhome engine shut down about midway across the UP on US 2. Your business was chosen by our insurance company to tow us. Randy did a superb job of getting the tow set and getting the coach to your parking lot arriving at 9:30 on a Friday night. One of your topnotch mechanics, Bobby, happened to still be there and checked out our engine which we were afraid had been destroyed, gave us confidence that it was only a part and would be fixed the following week. I must say this operation is well ran and very professional. When our truck broke down and needed a tow this outfit went above and beyond for us. Not only did they tow us, they helped take parts off and back on. Also in the process we discovered another problem and as well they went out of their way to help us.
