I get treated with respect and dignity when I walk through that door no matter what I tell them. I'm viewed as a person and not a number and that means a lot to me. My privacy is ALWAYS respected. And they give it to me straight even when I'm in the wrong they let me know; they always keep it 💯 with me. They call me on my b.s. with "tough love" 💙 if you will.
