Kind hearted and professional without judgment.
Crossroads Treatment Center has been a pivotal key to my recovery. The staff and my counselor is the best counselor I've ever had in a recovery setting. Caroline Rockwell is very kind, understanding, empathetic and never have I ever felt judged or felt like any mistakes I've made can't be fixed or made right. She just ensures me it's a normal part of recovery that I need to acknowledge it, fix it if need be and move forward.
