The people are very nice and also they make sure in every way I am taken care of. They always return my calls and see to it that my meds are filled in a timely manner. I AM GREATFUL FOR THEIR SERVICE
Everyone is great, Tim is a great counselor, he always listens and gives great feedback! Jazzy is amazing and so are the nurses. I have never felt judged by anyone! Would recommend to anyone struggling with addiction!
I have been a patient at Crossroads Seneca for going on 3 years now and I can confidently say that there is a fair chance I would be dead absent the high quality of care provided by the staff at this clinic. Methadone clinics get a bad reputation due to outdated stigmas surrounding opiate addiction and Medication Assisted Treatment, as well as the fact that many opiate addicts have co-occurring mental health and trauma disorders they are coping with that make treatment complicated.
