My experience has been great to a certain point you know most treatment centers treat you as a number and it feel good when people talk to you as a human being but it seemed like Crossroads is starting to get rid of everyone that talks to you as a person and not a number and that's a little issue that I have is as people that's kind to you they get punished or fired.
