Very professional, pleasant, accommodating and I would recommend it to anyone that needs help.
I was very apprehensive about my first visit to Crossroads because I was in a wheelchair, but they were way more than accommodating to me. The front desk clerk used a portable ramp for us to get into the building. The next person I was introduced to was welcoming and compassionate. The dr was next. I felt like it was a "judgment free zone" which allowed my apprehension to melt away. I explained my 30 years of drug abuse and i felt comfortable to be honest and forthcoming with my new dr. Everyone I had been in contact with has been fantastic! The team at the Norristown location is incredible also! So down to earth, friendly, understanding, and compassionate! I can’t say enough positive things about the program as a whole! Super helpful and really do make you feel as comfortable as possible given the sensitivity of the issues they handle!
Caring, and understanding people go a long way in recovery. That is my experience with Crossroads.
