I think the fact that every time you go down there, you have to go on the tablet and do like 40 or 50 questions is a little much
Very professional, pleasant, accommodating and I would recommend it to anyone that needs help.
I was very apprehensive about my first visit to Crossroads because I was in a wheelchair, but they were way more than accommodating to me. The front desk clerk used a portable ramp for us to get into the building. The next person I was introduced to was welcoming and compassionate. The dr was next. I felt like it was a "judgment free zone" which allowed my apprehension to melt away. I explained my 30 years of drug abuse and i felt comfortable to be honest and forthcoming with my new dr.
