Everyone that I spoke with was amazing. Made me feel comfortable. They all were super nice.
Crossroads had been extremely helpful to me, everyone I have delt with in the last year or more had been so wonderful. I have chronic neck and back pain ask having a hard time getting a passion management Dr to help yet crossroads was there to help with my pain even though that's not what they technically do the strips block you pain reseptor and I'm vary thankful for all the help.
Very nice and friendly place all the time that I go there, but this one particular time a couple of days before my appointment I had a video call. I waited about 5 -10 minutes for them to hook me up to the Call and the receptionist came on. It was the African American girl. She asked me a couple of questions and I did not understand and she said oh my God and then she hung up the phone on me. The staff is funny and always concerned about how you are personally. The doctors are great as well! Very clean environment!!
Was good ..👍 no issues . Had issues with prescription but I think knit was Walgreens . They said they didn’t have it when I got to Walgreens after appointment… they did the next morning but then still had to wait time for them to put it together . It’s like they have some personal problem with handling the prescription that you’ll send !! I don’t believe they approve of my kind of type of person like.
