Everyone that works for this company has been extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Im not always the easiest person to deal with and from my first visit they have been respectful non-judgemental and professional!!
Crossroads is always willing to work with me on my appointment time. I work 9 to 5 so.etimes later and I can always come in and when I can and they fit me right in. The staff is amazing, courteous, kind and respectful. Thank you Crossroads!!

Today I went in for my first time as a new patient and I felt so welcomed. I heard horror stories and had terrible experiences with other places but this place had my mind changed immediately. Warm voices, kind and ready to help. I would recommend this place to everyone. The women at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart!
This place is very easy to go to especially when you’re dealing with something like this. We all know how hard and scary it can be, but Dr. Matt actually cares about his patients. Tracy at the front desk is the sweetest lady I’ve met in a long time. Dr. Matt will take care of you and get you back on the right track seamlessly.
