I am going through by far the worst time of my entire life. Crossroads has been amazing. They make me feel like more than just a paycheck. I feel like they actually care and that’s saying a lot when most people treat us like nothing more than the addicts we are. The director, the nurses, the counselors, most know my situation, they don’t judge they just try to help. They ask how I’m doing when I come in. Friendly and helpful staff made my transfer from Cincinnati quick and easy. I drive 30 minutes, passed all D.T, and can get a week’s take-home, but the front office and consular have an update gap. Overall, my experience is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
I'd go to Brightview Treatment center....I would NOT recommend crossroads treatment center to anyone. I had my monthly take homes, each month I would see the counselor about my drugscreens, each month was the same thing... "Drugscreens look clean " then when they found out I was switching clinics, then all of a sudden they're saying I failed for neurotins for the past year, which isn't the case.
