Very personable, staff is very caring, always smiling. The facility is very clean.
Overall great experience, my only complaint is this weekend we are expecting 3 feet of snow on Sunday and they have only closed for Saturday and Monday, they should be closed more days to keep everybody safe and make sure people get the medicine they need, it's not like this happens all the time. If people can't make it to get there medicine this week and end up relapsing it is completely on crossroads.
