In general this is a good facility. My issue is with every new group of employees, they change or add rules or processes that really have no appreciable effect on anything other than irritating the patients who already follow the rules.

Crossroads has been an amazing place for me. The counselors are very supportive of recovery and the individuals needs. The nurses and other staff are great!! (Professional but friendly and empathic.) The front desk people and the Director are pretty awesome too and aways willing to work with snd listen to the clients. The doctor really listens and provide provides care according to the needs of the individual. I love Crossroads !!!
